Shoden Attunement
For this attunement you may have had to follow through with certain requirements that were taught to you during the first level with us, or also, when you purchased the attunement.
Remember that to get to this point, you need to be completely intune with your decision, your breathing and your alignment must be fully agreeable and receptive of energies.
Suggestions;
- Remember to practice breathing or some sort of meditation or relaxation method prior to the attunement for at least 2 or 3 days.
- Drink lots of liquids
- Rest well.
- Keep a level and centered mind
- Eat as cleanly as your health permits it.

No, because once sent it's only meant to be used by you and it will be sent as soon as you purchase it and you'll get the instructions to receive it.
